I was curious, since its getting close to that time of the year... if people were interested in holding a "organized" game of Pigskin. More or less "SuperBowl" style.

Ideas:
Map:Pigskin (version 2) (http://box.balpol.tudelft.nl/sweep/maps45.html#pigskin)
Teams: 6 vs 6 (maybe 7 vs 7)
Each team has one Captain
One class per team, plus one extra of the Captains choice.
2 rounds of 35 min. quarters.

This new version of pigskin is slightly different from the original and IMO, makes for a better match with more planning needed to score.

What do ya'll think? I think it would be a lot of fun.

If anything, and someone must miss our game, we will definatly have a HLTV demo of it... I know there will be some kick ass bloopers. :D

I dont like the idea of having the game the same day as the real superbowl tho..

sounds good to me! I would say if not superbowl sunday then some other sunday - not a saturday

So the question in my mind is: do people like having full health ammo and armor at the start of the round/respawn? Or say you were severely whupped the last round would you want to start the next round with only 1 rocket and 20 health? And respawn with standard half armor and at most a couple shotgun shells?

I've been grounded for a week and I got off today and my GF's parents are gonna be out of town tonight, so... As you can imagine, I'd much rather be there than here... As fun as this will be. GAH. If we can rescedule, that'd be nifty =)
